In conjunction with the Saratoga Springs Police Department, please take note of the following road closures:

• The southbound lane of Broadway from Van Dam Street to the intersection of Crescent Avenue and Route 9 will be closed to traffic from 7:35 am until approximately 8:30 am. After 8:30 am the southbound lane of Broadway from Van Dam Street to West Fenlon Street will reopen.
• The southbound lane of Broadway/Rt. 9 from West Fenlon Street to Crescent Avenue will remain closed until approximately 11:15 am.
• From Broadway to Circular Street the east bound lane will be closed from 7:45 am until approximately 11:30 am.

From the North
7:30-8:15 am: Please avoid Northway I-87 Exit 15.
8:15-10:30 am: East/West Road connecting Route 9 and Route 50 will be closed to traffic.
8:30-11:30 am: Avoid the areas around Crescent St., Jefferson St., Lincoln Ave., Park Place, Circular St. (between Park Place and Spring St.), Spring St. (between Circular St. and Broadway), and the Circular St. and Union Ave. intersection.

Alternative Route Options:

1. Take Northway I-87 Exit 14 right onto Union Avenue followed by a right onto Henning Road or right onto East Avenue. Following this route will get you to the Broadway/downtown area.
2. Take Northway I-87 Exit 15 to gain access to areas around Broadway, and the east and west sides of town. The exit will be open after 8:15am.

Note: If you are using exit 13 to enter Saratoga Springs, expect delays until 11:15 am. Cars will be rerouted to Crescent Ave., Nelson Ave., and Lake Ave. Please only use Nelson Ave. or Crescent Ave. entrance to Saratoga Gaming and Raceway. Avoid the Jefferson Street entrance. Access to the Spa State Park, via the southernmost entrance on Route will be available before 8:15 am and after 10:30 am.

From the South
7:30-11:15 am: If you are using exit 13 to enter Saratoga Springs, expect delays until 11:15 am. Cars will be rerouted to Crescent Ave., Nelson Ave., and Lake Ave.

Alternative Route Options:

1. Take Northway I-87 Exit 14 right onto Union Avenue followed by a right onto Henning Road or right onto East Avenue. Avoid intersection at Union Avenue and Circular Street.
2. Take Northway I-87 Exit 15 after approximately 8:15 am to gain access to areas around Broadway and the east and west sides of town.

Note: Avoid the areas around Crescent St., Jefferson St., Lincoln Ave., Park Place, Circular St. (between Park Place and Spring St.), Spring St. (between Circular St. and Broadway), and the Circular St. and Union Ave. intersection. Please only use Nelson Ave. or Crescent Ave. entrance to Saratoga Gaming and Raceway. Avoid Jefferson Street entrance.

From the East
7:35-8:30 am: Via Route 29/Lake Avenue, Broadway from Van Dam Street to the intersection of Crescent Avenue and Route 9 will be closed to traffic.
7:45-11:30 am:

1. Broadway/Rt. 9 from West Fenlon Street to Crescent Avenue will remain closed until approximately 11:15 am.
2. East bound lane of Spring Street from Circular Street to Broadway will be closed until approximately 11:30 am.

Alternative Route: Follow detour of East Avenue to Rt.50 to Van Dam Street to Church Street to West Ave. to Rt. 29 (truck route).
Note: After 8:30 am the southbound lane of Broadway from Van Dam Street to West Fenlon Street will reopen. Avoid the areas around Crescent St., Jefferson St., Lincoln Ave., Park Place, Circular St. (between Park Place and Spring St.), Spring St. (between Circular St. and Broadway), and the Circular St. and Union Ave. intersection.

From the West
7:35-8:30 am: Avoid Broadway due to rolling closures.
7:35-11:30 am:

1. Use caution traveling on Broadway from Spring St. to entrance of Congress Park.
2. Avoid areas around Congress Park due to very heavy foot traffic around the entire perimeter of Congress Park.
3. To gain access to Northway I-87 southbound or northbound avoid EXIT 13 via Route 9/South Broadway.

Alternative Route Options:

1. To gain access across Broadway, to Wilton or the east side of town use side streets north of Van Dam Street across North Broadway.
2. If you must use Route 9/South Broadway, take Route 50 and follow signs for detour.
3. Take Northway I-87 Exit 14 right onto Union Avenue followed by a right onto Henning Road or right onto East Avenue. Avoid intersection at Union Avenue and Circular Street.
4. Take Northway I-87 Exit 15 after approximately 8:15 am to gain access to areas around Broadway and the east and west sides of town.
